Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

The total revenue a business can expect from a single customer over the entire relationship.

LTV is calculated as Average Revenue Per Account multiplied by Gross Margin multiplied by Average Customer Lifetime. AI tools like churn prediction models can extend LTV by identifying at-risk accounts before they cancel.
